I've rented from Alta Chalets for several years for both large family ski trips and guys trips. We generally have a large group up to 14 people on these trips and Alta Chalets' rental houses can't be beat. We've stayed at the Fort House and Lone Pine Chalet. Both are a very short walk from the Wildcat base, and you can ski right back to the house at the end of the day. The properties are meticulously maintained. Lauralee has been great to work with, and the onsite staff member has been super quick to respond if we needed anything while at the properties. Shuttle stop is right outside the door if you are headed to the Collins base or over to Snowbird. The location is ideal and there is enough space for even groups of 12-14 to spread out and be comfortable. I can't recommend Alta Chalet's high enough!

My large family has rented a number of houses at Alta for many years. Alta Chalets offers the best houses and the best locations for easy access to Alta. I strongly recommend there services.

We have rented from Alta Chalets dating back to 1988. This coming winter will be our 40th trip. Needless to say we have been more than satisfied with everything they provide. The Fort House was absolutely perfect for our group. Very comfortable and had everything we could have wanted for the trip with a group of 14. Staff was very attentive and wonderful to work with. The location is second to none. We are looking forward to next year!

We rented a condo at The View from Alta Chalets. Best ski trip of my life! Amazing location. Easy access to Alta via the the free shuttle. Ski in/out to Snowbird. The Alta Chalet staff were so helpful from the time I first inquired through booking and throughout our stay. They emailed me and answered all my questions and gave me very helpful tips. It all just felt like home and family. Beyond highly recommend. The first photo is sunset from the condo. The second is at Alta after it snowed - a lot :)

This was our second stay at an Alta Chalet property. Once again, they were very organized planning for our visit, offering heaps of guidance. Always available when needed. The property was immaculate, ready when we arrived, perfect. I have recommended AltaChalets to friends - super option for an Alta / Snowbird visit!!

The location is excellent. you can literally ski down wildcat to your front door. my particular unit was a little smelly but i think it was the weird brand of complementary bathing soaps which was a little hippy-ish smelling. everything was in very good condition and functioned perfectly. it was a wonderful place to be. The physical and informational service teams were totally on top of things. And above all else, Bradley from the concierge information line, was totally cool and excellent at his job. he always had the right guidance, he knew the deal from a skiers perspective too which was super helpful in getting the most out of the mountain, and when a huge storm covered the path to the lift and i couldn’t figure out how to fins it he drove by on his way home from work and texted me pictures of where it was and i instantly knew exactly where to go. They put great groceries in the place per our request. Service was just excellent! Never felt like I was on my own.

Great experience! We stayed Photohaus, and this home is comfortable, convenient, and just what we were looking for. The support staff are responsive and professional.

I have used them for several years now. They are hands down the best vacation rental agency I have dealt with. The customer service is amazing; they are quick to respond to any emails/calls and they will go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I will def be using them for years to come.
