We rented a condo at The View from Alta Chalets. Best ski trip of my life! Amazing location. Easy access to Alta via the the free shuttle. Ski in/out to Snowbird. The Alta Chalet staff were so helpful from the time I first inquired through booking and throughout our stay. They emailed me and answered all my questions and gave me very helpful tips. It all just felt like home and family. Beyond highly recommend. The first photo is sunset from the condo. The second is at Alta after it snowed - a lot :)

This was our second stay at an Alta Chalet property. Once again, they were very organized planning for our visit, offering heaps of guidance. Always available when needed. The property was immaculate, ready when we arrived, perfect. I have recommended AltaChalets to friends - super option for an Alta / Snowbird visit!!

The location is excellent. you can literally ski down wildcat to your front door. my particular unit was a little smelly but i think it was the weird brand of complementary bathing soaps which was a little hippy-ish smelling. everything was in very good condition and functioned perfectly. it was a wonderful place to be. The physical and informational service teams were totally on top of things. And above all else, Bradley from the concierge information line, was totally cool and excellent at his job. he always had the right guidance, he knew the deal from a skiers perspective too which was super helpful in getting the most out of the mountain, and when a huge storm covered the path to the lift and i couldn’t figure out how to fins it he drove by on his way home from work and texted me pictures of where it was and i instantly knew exactly where to go. They put great groceries in the place per our request. Service was just excellent! Never felt like I was on my own.

Great experience! We stayed Photohaus, and this home is comfortable, convenient, and just what we were looking for. The support staff are responsive and professional.

I have used them for several years now. They are hands down the best vacation rental agency I have dealt with. The customer service is amazing; they are quick to respond to any emails/calls and they will go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I will def be using them for years to come.

I would definitely recommend staying at the View. The location is amazing....ski-in/ski-out to Snowbird and a short, free shuttle to Alta. The condo was clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. Lauralee at Alta Chalets was outstanding. She made planning the trip easy and made sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at the Chalet Day Johns this past weekend (12/15) and had a fantastic experience. The Chalet was better than the pictures and there was plenty of room for our party of 14. You can't beat the location, a short walk to the lifts at Alta and you can ski in! The folks at Alta Chalets could not have been more accommodating and literally helped us with everything we needed including shuttles, groceries and even massages. I would highly recommend staying here and if I could give it 6 stars I would.
