Rachelle at check in was incredible. Best I've experienced in over a decade of using Marriott. She was textbook why I only stay at Marriott!! Room was immaculate clean, breakfast was good and well coordinated, the grounds were clean and groomed. A great experience, I will definitely be back!

3/4 staff members I interacted with were helpful. One was rude to my partner when he inquired about getting a new key as he had forgotten it.m- I was given a general number with an automated system rather than direct to call and okay this. Other than that though, it was clean, with pretty views and nearby trails, a nice outdoor pool and basketball/pickleball court.

We stayed here for two nights with our kids for Memorial Day Weekend. The beginning of our stay was a bit rocky, but Yulisa really turned things around for us and made it a very memorable stay. She has incredible customer service skills and the hotel is lucky to have her. The room was nice and spacious and we loved the courtyard area with the pool, hot tub, and bball hoop. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I would stay in this hotel again but there were significant issues that should be addressed. We stayed in the hotel 7 nights during ski season. On a very positive note, the front desk morning employee, and I believe she was the shift Manager, Dianne was excellent!!! Dianne corrected erroneous info I'd received from the front desk employee when we checked in. Dianne saved me from standing in line for hours because she knew the correct info regarding the weekend ski shuttles. Note: many people stay in that particular location because of the closeness to the ski areas. One bad problem is breakfast is not served early enough on the weekends for skiers and most of the customers are skiers during ski season. We paid for breakfast as part of the hotel rate yet couldn't enjoy it because breakfast didn't start early enough. Additionally , on Wednesday it was set up late partially by 10 minutes and set up fully 20 minutes late. No decaf tea for the duration of our week stay though requested the first morning. The housekeepers took it upon themselves to throw away items that were not in the trash. can or even remotely near a trash can. The carpet needs cleaning badly and not just vacuumed.

Stayed overnight for a quick ski trip and had a great stay! Room was convenient to get to from the parking lot, the hot tub was lovely and close to our room, breakfast was ready right on time. Additionally, Zonia was a lovely lady who was taking care of breakfast and was the highlight of this stay. 5/5 stay!

Stayed for 3 nights. Front Desk: Yuisla is extremely welcoming. Her level customer service is very rare in US hospitality. We noticed how consistent she is with all customers. Room: Clean although aged. Breakfast: Basic selection. Fitness: Disappointed as there is no bike.

Love this hotel! And I fell in love with the beds. So much I had to get one just like it. The staff is very accommodating, breakfast was great. I always have a nice time when I stay here.

Residence Inn Cottonwood Exceptional service by manager Diana, her staff melissa, Thea, Yulisa, Sulhay, Isaac, Amy, Rachelle. So impressive. They went above and beyond what’s expected to take care of me for the week I stayed with them. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!! I’ll definitely return.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn in Cottonwood while our kids were in town for skiing. We really appreciated the staff’s warm hospitality and welcoming attitude throughout our stay. The experience was comfortable and enjoyable, and we would strongly recommend this hotel to others traveling to the area. We’re already looking forward to being back next season.

My business team stayed here over the course of 3 months. I made at least 17 reservations at this location during that time. I spent over $10,000 on stays. The reason we chose to continue to comeback was due to the quality of service provided by Amanda and Hollie. I cannot speak highly enough about how they both made my life, job, and business easier to manage by being highly skilled and efficient at their craft. Their onsite teams, location, quality of rooms, and pricing were good and competitive, but the experience of working with both of those ladies is why I continued to have my team stay at this location. I would also like to give a shoutout to Wendy. Hollie and Amanda actually saved my company money in the long run because there was zero hassles when coordinating with them. They valued my time. Hollie and Amanda will both be my first POC when I have future work in the SLC area.
