Guests generally praise the Inn at Snowbird for its quiet, home-like atmosphere and exceptional staff, though a few recent reviews specifically criticize dated furniture and uncomfortable bedding in some room types.
Stayed there for October fest. Rooms and hotel furniture are definitely dated. I have to say though we got a room with a Murphy bed and it was horrible, the bed sloped back towards the wall and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I haven't had that poor of sleep probably ever at a hotel. We asked our friends that had a different room setup and actual beds how it was and they said the bed was hard and uncomfortable ?. I would bring your own bedding and pillows (not realistic) if you want to have a good night's sleep here. Next time we will stay somewhere else and hope for a different outcome because for 200$ a night you think they could offer better amenities and beds you can actual sleep on.
I’ve been coming up to Snowbird every year for 45 years staying at the Iron Blosam. We decided to stay at the Inn this year. We loved it. It’s much more low key and quiet. The staff are amazing and accommodating. Shout outs to Hayden, Morgan, and Barbara. We will be staying there again!
Awesome stay here! The guy at the front desk was very informative and helpful! The maid staff was amazing. 10/10/10 stay here! We had a wonderful honeymoon.
Absolutely stunning place with wonderful service and super kind locals!
We had a fantastic experience at the inn from start to finish! The staff was exceptionally polite and responsive. The rooms are a tiny bit dated and spartan but that's about the only bad thing I can say. The views were great that it had all the amenities you could ever need.
The Inn is comfy, cozy, and feels like a home away from home, especially compared to the Cliff Lodge, that looks and feels like a conference center. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found that the Inn, versus the Iron Blossom and the Lodge is the most comfortable of properties and where I wish to stay when I take my 1-week of vacation time each year.
I absolutely recommend The Inn, it was the PERFECT place to spend our weeklong ski trip! The location is amazing with convenient pedestrian paths to the mountain and other lodges (where you’ll find restaurants, a general store, etc.). The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, I cannot speak highly enough of them! We stayed in the studio room with a fireplace and found the bed to be very comfortable and the kitchenette to have everything you need and more. We were pleased to find a fan, humidifier, extra pillows/blankets, and ample storage in our unit. You are also assigned a ski locker at the same level as the access door to the mountain which is very convenient. The shuttle service to/from the airport was reliable with friendly staff as well. We hope to be back soon, thanks to The Inn for a fantastic stay!
Great place to stay. Love the skiing! Everyone is really nice and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The pool and Hot tub are convenient and fun to use after full day on the slopes. Remember to use the free storage for your skis at the resort center. I highly recommend this hotel.
